Riverside Fire

today there would be no cosmetic review because there is something more impotant that we want to talk about. today in the morning a fire started in the hill s of riverside california. i was in school when i heard all of the sirens passing by and when i went to collett for my community service i over heard that some of the teachers there were worried because the fire was close to their house. in the past few hours i heard that the fire had gotten 800 acres of land. there had been no house damages but that some of the residents have been informed to be prepared for whatever there is to come. i hope that everything and everyone is okay and that the fire doesnt harm anything valuable. god bless all of those that are around the fire.

Starry-Eyed Liquid Eyeliner review

Last Sunday I went to Sephora and I tried the Starry-Eyed Liquid Eyeliner and to tell you the truth I did not like it. The pigmentation of it was not what I expected. the glitter was very itchy and I couldn't wait to get home and take it off. It was also a little smelly for my taste and it looked so nasty on. Maybe it works on some people and on others it doesn't but for almost $18 I would advice everyone to first go and try it before you buy it. They have some very interesting colors. Check it out and let us know what you thin.

Superglass by MAC review

This past weekend I went to a Macy’s near my friend’s house and I stopped at the MAC counter. I had the opportunity to try one of the Super Glass lip glosses and I would genuinely like to give it a 7 out of 10. I liked how the colors looked but I didn’t like how sticky it was. The glitter was hard to get over at first and when I tried to remove it, it went all over the place. Some of the glitter particles are a little too big for my liking but they do give great shine. The price is a little up there at $18 each and I have seen some glosses that are similar and cheaper. I would recommend these colors with someone with medium to light complexion because of the color pallet. Some of the colors do not look good on darker skin tones.

Philosophy Melon Daiquiri Lip Shine (peach shimmer) review

I tried the Philosophy Melon Daiquiri Lip Shine a few weeks ago when a friend gave it to me at school. It didn’t really smell like it was melon it smelled more like icing. I do like the way that the color looks on me and if you wonder what I look like, well I am in the shade tan in bare minerals. So if you are that shade then this lip gloss will look great on you. The texture of the gloss is sticky at first but once the gloss is all over the lips it is not so sticky. It is glossy but after a little wear and tear it gets dull. When I took it off at the end, the gloss came off but the shimmers remained. The price for the gloss is a little over the top with $10 being the price. It is more than what can be paid at a drug store or even the dollar store. Over all I think that there are some goods and some bad to this gloss. I recommend it to people that don’t mind the semi sticky gloss feeling and don’t mind spending a few more dollars than drug store brands.
